This part provides research support professionals with practical knowledge and skills to utilize the ARGOS tool for Data Management Plan (DMP) creation and implementation. Participants will learn how to align their workflows with institutional Research Data Management (RDM) policies, Open Science practices, and FAIR principles. The course focuses on leveraging ARGOS for customized DMP templates and collaborative workflows in diverse scenarios.

Case Study 1: Implementing a New RDM and Open Science Policy
- Scenario: A new institutional RDM and Open Science policy needs to be rolled out, and you’re tasked with leading its implementation for your faculty.
- Focus: Using ARGOS to design customized DMP templates, train researchers, and align faculty practices with the new policy.
Case Study 2 : Leading DMP Activities for a New project
- Scenario: You’re assigned to lead Data Management Planning for a new project based on its Description of Action (DoA).
- Focus: Utilizing ARGOS to draft a comprehensive DMP, collaborate with the project team, and ensure compliance with FAIR principles and project deliverables.
